Its seaworthy qualities, recognized by a category B approval, are the result of a very advanced design and construction. Unsinkable with three distinct compartments, lifting keel that preserves the structure in case of collision and crash-box at the bow.
The one-design racing program includes crewed banana courses or double or single-handed offshore races. Whatever your specialty, the First community will push you to excel.
We are at the limit of the transportable sailboat with the First 27 SE but everything is optimized so that it can be handled by a touring vehicle: height on the trailer, dimensions suitable for road transport, lightness of the boat and carbon mast.
Having high averages without forcing, this could be the currency of the First 27 SE. A modern design by Sam Manuard, guru of the Class 40, a more than careful construction, innovative equipment such as the lifting keel with lead bulb or carbon rigging, nothing is missing to go very fast on the water in complete safety.

The First 27 SE is unique on the market: it is the only transportable boat approved in category B to offer an equipped interior. Despite her minimalist look, she accommodates 6 adults on board, 2 in the forward cabins and 4 in the saloon berths.
The innovative magnetic doors located in the central part of the boat can be used to isolate the forward cabin or to close the toilet or the sail locker.
You will also find inside, movable stowage bags, a folding table, a refrigerator and a candle storeroom.
