How does it work?

• The purchase price of the boat with taxes and extras, maintenance and management, are shared between the 6 owners and each 1 of them legally becomes the owner of the sixth part of the boat.
• During the 6-year contractual period, each of the owners can leave the system by selling their share.
• At the end of the contract, the boat is sold and the owners can choose between buying another boat or collecting their share of the property and ending the management program.
• With a pre-established cost, the “CLUB YACHTMAN DE BENETEAU SHIPOWNER PROGRAM” is responsible for the maintenance of the boat, shared use management, bureaucracy management, docks and insurance.
• The boats are used for 11 months since 1 month a year is reserved for annual maintenance (antifouling, maintenance…)
• Each owner will be able to use the boat for eight weeks. The system will be managed by our website and the application that will allow all owners to always be updated with the details of the boat, all this is studied to avoid any discussion between owners.
• Periods of use are defined in advance. The owners participate in the selection of the week through the App and according to the order of signing the contract: in each round a week of preference is chosen. To keep the system the same, the first year will be the first owner to choose first, the second year will be the second to choose and so on.
• Before and after each change, the boat is cleaned, towels, bed linen and kitchen utensils are changed. Bed linen and towels can be customized for each owner. The boat has to be delivered with a full fuel tank.

Cleaning and mooring. The value of an Oceanis 37.1 would be €340,000 euros with all extras, VAT and registration taxes included.

Your contribution will be €57,000 of purchase, plus the €3000 annual mooring and maintenance expenses. With the use of 8 weeks per year.

At 6 years it is sold and as the boat has had a strictly particular use and professional maintenance (not a use of “charter”), it will not have a significant depreciation, so there will be an estimated return of €28,000 per partner.

Your final cost will have been €47,000, or what is the same, €7,833 per year, which means 2 weeks of charter with a similar boat and with this modality you will sail 8 weeks a year. The system allows you to sell your participation at the time you want.

We apply this program to OCEANIS 37.1. All units sold of these models will be exactly the same, with the same extras.

All boats will be at our base of the Real Club Náutico de Valencia, where we have 28 moorings in property and we perform our maintenance services.

The use is particular. The use of the boat may not be rented or transferred to third parties unless they are family members and warning of this use at the beginning of the year.
