Oceanis 40.1

In the line of its older brother the Oceanis 51.1, this 40 feet provides an unprecedented volume and space on the deck and inside without, on the other hand, sacrificing the performance thanks to a new helmet design signed by Marc Lombard. To satisfy the most demanding sailors in terms of comfort and pleasure under the sails, the Oceanis 40.1 is available in several versions of configuration, drafts and rigs. A 12 meters that adapts to all the expectations of the cruise!

THE 12 METERS OF SPACE!

Giving happiness in the sea and in anchorage, such is the creed of Océanis 40.1. Unpublished interior space, large deck plan and capacity to guarantee the miles in cruise, are the strengths of this sailboat particularly studied by the architect Marc Lombard and the BENETEAU study cabinet.

LIFE IN ANCHORGE

The ergonomics and circulation in the cockpit make life on board easier. Nothing hinders the fullness of being anchored. Desires to splash around the boat in this paradisiacal cove? The stern mirror easily transforms into an immense bathing platform as wide as that of the larger Oceanis. Access to the sea is a model of the genre, it is an integral part of life aboard a sailboat.

FOR FANS OF SAILING SENSATIONS...

Because there is not only one way to navigate and because everyone lives their cruise at their own pace, the Oceanis 40.1 is available in several versions. Fans will be able to opt for the First Line version with an elongated mast and a more important opening. As standard, the winding mast and the self-turning jib facilitate maneuvers with a reduced crew. A classic mast is also proposed that can carry a semi-full batten main candle.

HONEY, WHAT A SPACE!

The numerous hull and deck hatches (two of which look towards the cockpit), the multiple openable deck hatches ensure natural clarity inside and perfect ventilation. The impression of penetrating a bigger ship is undeniable! Two, three, four cabins... the Oceanis 40.1 is available in 4 interior versions to meet all vacation wishes. Couples and large families will feel at home! The owner version offers a suite with toilet and bed accessible on each side, the one with four cabins includes two spaces to the bow with superimposed beds.

EXTERIOR DESIGN

How to be happy both at anchor and under the candles? With the Oceanis 40.1, BENETEAU provides an innovative response: a tulip hull and equipped with a redan that extends over the third of the bow of the hull. Result: a maximum speed power and balance to the sail under the waterline, and on top of the living works a XXL deck plan signed by Nauta Design, unique in this ship size. The impression of being on board a 45-foot is blatant!

INTERIOR DESIGN

On a background of whalnut or oak, the interior signed by the Italian design cabinet Nauta, shines by its great clarity and the ingenious arrangement of the living spaces. Two, three or four cabins and in the starboard, a kitchen in C that offers multiple stowages and a generous work plan. To port, the large living room and its table have a movable bench, and the card table at the foot of the descent acts as a beautiful workspace. Nothing has been forgotten so that everyone lives at the mercy of the wind... and their desires.
